The 2002 Agway Sea Serpent Balloon Festival Is Under Way At The Perry Village Park For The Yearly Balloon Festival And This Year The Perry Center Fire Department Is Hosting The 88th Wyoming County Firemens Convention At The Village Park With A Whole Weekend Of Doings Along With Arts & Crafts And Plenty Of Food. This Festival Will Be The Last Weekend In June Every Year From Now On.
