This original building was built in 1908 by Ewart and Lake and was used as a feed mill and a grain processing plant. In 1926 Daniel Sedam and W. Glenn Sedam took control of the plant for Beldon and Company who was the new owner. Later in 1926 Harold E. Cole and W. Glenn Sedam purchased the business as Cole & Sedam Mill until 1946 when the partenership of the two dissolved and in late 1946 W. Glenn Sedam Inc. was created. In 1953 a modern retread plant was in production making 90 to 100 tires each day. As of March of 2003 Arrow Mart Inc. Purchased the property tearing down the mill and creating a 24 hour mini mart and gas station which is going strong today.
